Wholesale Account Credit
We offer various payment options with our wholesale customer credit accounts. All Win-leader customers can choose to pay either by credit card, debit card, cash and/or company cheques.
Credit is also available to "qualified customers" who have an account in place with Win-Leader Corp. To set up a new account with us, we invite you to fill out our new customer form located [ here ].
Win-Leader is an authorized supplier to the following Buying Groups; Mega Group and Cantrex. Affiliate dealers may put their Win-Leader purchases through either of these buying groups with proper authorization.

- "Credit card" payments - are made by calling us toll free at: 1-800-565-2172
- "Debit card" payments - are done at our main office (see address below). Business hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm Est. - Monday thru Friday.
- "Cash or company cheque" payments - are made upon receipt of merchandise. A charge of $10 plus freight applies to all COD shipments.
Dealer Accounts (Credit)
All new customers must complete a New Account application in order to obtain credit approval.
The process of approval for credit, involves an applicants information being examined for credit worthiness through several credit checking procedures including reference checks and other information which may be supplied by credit agencies. Please note: this application process may take up to 2 weeks.
NSF Charge
Note: If a cheque is returned N.S.F. (non sufficient funds), there will be an administrative charge of $25.00 to cover all bank processing fees.
